We can Vet Technicians
Currently, developers are often relying on inexperienced recruitment agencies to provide their workforce. Whereas these agencies will scan a CV, the majority of them lack hands on experience.
Our consultants have done most work scopes and can vet potential candidates before being brought to the site, ensuring competent and experienced staff are involved in the project.
We can also provide independent resource assessment, and offer these services direct to developers as well as to recruitment agencies themselves.
