We offer much more than repair services. Here at DBS we help all of our clients with the administration, management and compliance requirements that are needed when operating wind turbines.

• Managing the client aspects of the pre-assembly site mobilisation.
• Overall site HSEQ compliance including CDM.
• Reviewing and monitoring storage & pre-assembly works.
• Management of incoming quality inspections.
• Site administration tasks – including site costs, documentation control and timesheets.
• Co-ordination of MWS site works, including IMCA vessel inspections.
• Complete contractual inspection requirements.
• Co-ordination of offshore client reps.
• Monitor component repair works.
• Promoting lesson learnt to optimise the installation programme.
• Assist with inventory systems, certification of components and ancillary equipment and accessories.
• Receiving components to ensure avoidance of revenue loss should components be damaged in transit.
• Tracking of all incoming component deliveries as well as co-ordination of inspections.
• Monitor lifting works and ensuring that agreed plans are followed.
• Produce and review daily progress reports for pre-assembly site, collating weather down time data.
• Ensuring that all the CoA are issued on time.
• Provide status and record of all activities.
• Management of all documentation generated.
• Participation in walk downs and management of snag lists.
• Ensure that jacking & mooring plans and personnel transfer procedures are followed for all vessels.
